The accredited Supervising First Aid for Mental Health program, offered in two parts by Nuco Training, aims to equip you with a deeper understanding of mental health, enabling you to provide effective advice and support. You will learn to identify various mental health disorders and become familiar with the appropriate first aid action plan for addressing them.

The purpose of this course is to educate the learner about mental health, including its definition, the causes of mental health conditions, and the role of a first aider. Additionally, it covers topics such as providing advice, identifying stress, comprehending the effects of substance abuse, and understanding first aid action plans.
