ACCA June 2017 Exam results analysis

The latest exam results show an improved pass rate amongst candidates. There is a spike in the number of students taking the “Session CBE” i.e. computer based exams for F5-F9. Worth noting is three out of the five prize winners at the Skills level did their exam in the CBE format.

 

Positive exam outcomes are particularly evident in Knowledge exams- students sitting the F1 exam had a pass rate of 83%. The best pass rate at the skills level was for the F4 exam at 77%. Students had the most difficulty with subjects F5 and F9 with pass rates as low as 43% and 46%. Compared to the March sitting, stronger rates are evident in the P1 and P3 modules.
